one of the worst payment app i have used .. it very heavy it doesn't load quickly i have to close it and open it several times for it to operate properly and ready my info .. i cant even pay on time because of this .. kindly fix this bad issue

I'm trying to change my number but every time i try it's always an error. i cannot even log in. what should i do now ? I want to change my contact info and email but your app keeps saying error

Honestly a very very bad experiance, previously I had a credit card with them, then I canceled it. 2 weeks ago I requested to reactivate the card, however they sent a form to be filled in ordrer to reactivate the card, I filled it as requested and sent it back. After following up with them via email, their replies was useless, keep saying it is under process. Pour operations and lack of management, hense, I decided to cancel the reactivation request and move to another credit card issuer.
