GPAY is a mobile wallet that customers of any Grameenphone number can use to recharge their GP mobile numbers, make payments of utility bills (Electricity, Gas or water) and to purchase train tickets from their own mobile number. To use GPAY, customers have to register by using the GPAY mobile app (from Google Play store) or just dial * 777 # from any device. Once you are registered, you are allowed to make your payments. I can't figure out anything. The UI was much much better and intuitive before. There's no tutorial available. I can't add any account to pay or check my DPDC electricity bills. Now, it's showing that there are no pending bills. This was working fine before the update. I don't understand why did you guys make these unnecessary changes and made it complicated. Please fix it and i will change my rating.

Worst experience ever !! I wonder who designed this unnecessary complex system. It took almost an hour to complete the registration. First i registered for wallet account. Later on "pin confirmation after creation account", it does not accept my PIN. I had to live Chat multiple times with customer service to reset the PIN. When i tried to change the PIN with a temporary PIN provided from Customer Service, i got "User is blacklisted". Had to talk with customer service again to solve this issue. Almost took 1 hour to just create an account. Absolutely hated the system. No wonder why people advise not to use it. ** Chat service is full of "Bug".

This is very useful app to pay utility bills, purchase train tickets. But it shows problem to recharge other mobile operators sim and it would be better if you have cash out opportunity. I will give you five stars if you fix these two issues.
