Muhuratam shows auspicious/inauspicious time (known as choghadiya/muhurat) of the day according to vedic astrology. The application uses your current location and phone time zone to calculate the perfect muhurats.
There are four good choghadiya Amrit,Shubh,Labh and chanchal, to start auspicious work. Three bad Choghadiya, Rog,Kaal and Udveg, should be avoided.
The application also provides features of using daylight saving and custom location (if access to user location is blocked or choghadiya for some other location is required). User can select her/his location via menu option "Select Location", it will show a map where user can long press to select location.
It can show choghadiya in Hindi, English and Gujrati.
Language, Day light saving and custom location can be selected under the preference menu.
Diwali lakshmi pooja is also done in good choghadiya muhurats in many parts of the world.

I had installed Muhuratam many many years. I am more of independent thinking person without any inclination towards superstition or GENERAL astrological prediction or guidence, however because of my long stay and experience in Tamilnadu I knew there certin best, good, bad or time to be avoided for good work or work. Muhuratam came as a boon. It automatically sets sunrise & sunset based on your position. I started using it and experienced many positive results. it is accurate & indispensable

The app is very good but plzz try to update which timings r good to start any work i mean there r different muhurthams like Rog, chanchal, udveg, kal, aprt from subh and amrith kalam. Feels happy for ur response but some apps showing amrutha kaala overlaps with rahu kaala, labh kaala overlps with kaalarathri these are inauspicious but in ur app this was not showing check ones.

Suddenly started crashin latest android. Cannot.open at all.
