overall okay, does what I need it to, but the credit score thing all of a sudden decided not to work?? It refuses to load anymore, saying "credit score is loading", and when you try to go directly to the credit screen from the drop-down menu, it just shows you a blank screen with no ability to even try and refresh it :(

Since format change/upgrade, I have found it much easier to use and navigate. There are still some things I find hard to accomplish, be it user error or app bug, such as scheduling appointments at desired branch, actually "contacting" someone in the Contact US menu, and linking of accounts. I especially like the "Transfer" shortcut and access to statements.

Firstly it's very secure, and if you have trouble getting in, their over the phone customer service is great. Secondly it's super easy to use. You can control cards remotely transfers are quick and easy. No ads. You can log in with biometrics(do not use face id) I have a twin and when I set up face id on my phone, we tested it and he could get in, face id is not super secure, someone who looks like you could get in. All in all great app 100% recommend, enough said.
