Worklane is a coordination assistant designed to facilitate work or group operations and communication.

• Visitor Coordination: register visitors to receive an email or SMS with a check-in link to update the host on arrival through mobile notifications. Admins can review all the visitors and filter by date or company. Export reports to CSV.

• Status Reporting Assistant: Provides a channel for users to report their status during office drills or mustering, helping administrators coordinate a centralized overview. Admins have a report of all mustering events and employee responses. Reports can be easily exported to PDF.

• Communication Facilitation: Distributes announcements and general workplace information to teams through mobile notifications.

• Share work status: employees check in and out, check who's in and mark your favourites. Admins view reports of employee tracked time and can filter by dates.

Worklane is designed to support workplace processes. It is a facilitation tool and should not be used as a replacement for official on-site safety protocols, professional emergency response, or life-safety systems.
