About this app

Connect Client PC lets you reach a Windows PC or an Android phone from
wherever you are. Help a family member, support a customer, or open your own
computer while you're away.
HOW IT WORKS
Open the app on the device you want to reach. It shows a Remote ID and a
session password. Enter both on another device, and the person at that device
approves the connection. Nothing is shared until they do.
REMOTE CONTROL
• See the other screen live and control it with touch, mouse and keyboard
• Choose Low, Medium or High picture quality to suit your connection
• Hear the remote device's sound (you can mute it)
• Direct peer-to-peer connection when the network allows it, relayed when it
doesn't
FILE TRANSFER
• Two-pane file window: browse both devices side by side
• Send and receive files, with progress for each one
• The person at the host device can switch file access off at any time
SUPPORT YOUR OWN DEVICES
• Unattended access: set your own passwords so you can reach your own PC or
phone without someone there to approve
• Saved devices and connection history
• Stays reachable after a restart or app update
USE YOUR PHONE AS THE HOST
When your Android phone is the device being reached, Connect Client PC uses:
• Screen capture (Android's own screen-sharing prompt) to show your screen
• An Accessibility service, only so the person you connected with can tap and
type on your behalf. It does not read or collect what is on your screen for
any other purpose.
• Display over other apps to show the shared whiteboard.
• Audio capture, only if you tap "Enable audio"
Every one of these is optional and needs your permission. A notification
stays visible the whole time someone is connected, and you can end the
session at any moment.
PRIVACY
Your screen, sound and files go only to the device you approved. We never
sell your data and the app shows no ads.
