Traslado connects administrators, drivers, and passengers of school and work transportation companies in a single app, with real-time location tracking, digital assistance, and direct communication.

🧍 FOR PASSENGERS
• See exactly where your bus is on the map and how long it will take to arrive.

• Confirm or notify that you won't be taking the bus, either to or from the company, with a single tap.

• Chat with your driver and fellow passengers (messages automatically disappear after 24 hours).

• Schedule absences in advance (vacations, leave).

• Changing your destination for a day? Request a temporary trip on another route within your company if there's space available—it's accepted instantly.

• Report any issues with your driver directly to the administrator.

🚌 FOR DRIVERS
• Share your real-time location with a single tap, with automatic backup if the signal drops.

• View the day's passenger list: who confirmed, who notified the company they're not coming.

• Mark who boarded or didn't show up, for both outbound and return trips.

• Call any passenger directly from their card in the app.

• Report passenger issues directly to the administrator.

• Create and manage routes, stops, and schedules — drag to reorder stops.

• Import passengers and stops in batches to save time.

• Live support dashboard with CSV export.

• Define quotas per route and allow temporary trips between routes with available space.

• Review and respond to reports/complaints between drivers and passengers.

• Activate your license and pay your monthly fee with PayPal (one-time payment or automatic subscription), without leaving the app.

Traslado is free to start, with a trial period for your company. Companies without an active license will see ads; once the license is activated, the ads will disappear.

What’s new

This version adds the required prominent disclosure: a dialog explaining background location collection (which features use it, and that it works when the app is closed) is now shown in-app immediately before the runtime permission request.
