the game doesn't load it's stuck on homepage , it's been months now

Game was great, love this concept, combined subway surfers and temple run 2 but in different way, UI and game appearance was great, maps and location also great, I able also to play online and offline, only the problem is no stumble like both 2 games I mentioned just death, background music nice I think needs improvement, no account sign in like google to save progress, overall was great. 4 stars.
