I thought the rest of y'all were crazy for penalizing an app when you forget your login info. Buuut... they're right. I can log in to mobile banking. Can't log in to the app. ??? Also, when you open the app, there is no option to register, just sign in, despite the help menu directing new users to register first. OOOH!! It seems that there are two "Consumers Credit Union"s and a "Consumer Credit Union." That might be where a lot of these comments are coming from!! Check the icons.

I was not able to enter the bill pay menus with the latest version of the app. I called for support and Lupita had me remove the app and reinstall it. I removed the app and it would not reinstall as it was "no longer supported on your device." I asked for the APK to reinstall the old version and they refused to give it to me. Very disappointed in the entire experience. What a waste of time. Digital support has gone downhill from when it was Andigo and MECU.

Broke a great UI... The app was awesome prior to the last update. I switched all my banking because of the ability to group accounts and see them as needed directly from the main page. Now you have to click 3 times before seeing all accounts, they all display, and the main page is limited to 5 accounts, showing irrelevant info. PLEASE add back the option to see grouped accounts in the main page, and have the group closed or expanded, as it used to be.
