CCU Mobile is a modern mobile application of CCU mobile banking service, and it was designed to provide unlimited financial services to customers. Customers can perform transactions anytime and anywhere via Smart Phone without having to go to visit CCU Bank branch office.

HOW TO REGISTER
It is very easy to register CCU Mobile. Once your already open Savings Account or Current Account at CCU Bank branch, you can perform registration process as below:
1. Open "CCU Mobile" app
2. Tap on "Register"
3. Enter phone number
4. Agree terms and conditions and tap on "Continue"
5. Enter a valid 6-digit code that sent to register phone number via SMS (autofill or tap on keyboard to fill-in)
6. Enter your CCU bank account number
7. Create your new Login (Username) and Password to finish.
Once you have completed registration, you can use your Login (Username) and password to login into your CCU Mobile and enjoy on more features.
SERVICE FEE
CCU Mobile is FREE for all basic banking features. We may impose charges for certain services of the app. Please contact to our CCU Bank staff for more details.
SECURITY
To provide the customer convenience and security, we put it as our top priority while developing the application. We ensure you that no information on your transactions or accounts details is stored on your mobile device or SIM card. Therefore, even if your phone is lost or stolen, your bank account is absolutely safe and protected. At the same time, we cannot guarantee stable and safe operation of the application on a rooted or jail broken mobile device or with customized (modified) operating system.

The service is applied to individual Savings Account and Current Account only. Terms and conditions are subject to change at the Bank's sole discretion without prior notice to customers.
