Ordered 2 lunch sets through app at 11:03am, arrived 10 min later to find that the Spaghetti Bolognese is not ready. Waited for ~7 more min after they served order #497 before I asked if they forgot my order #490, only to be told it would take 10 more min. DON'T PUT ITEMS ON THE MENU IF THEY ARE NOT READY UNTIL 30MIN LATER.

e coupons cannot be used! when one presses on available e coupon it does not show QR code, only terms and conditions or button to share by sending or taking photo.

The app is very bad. It always said my mobile number and my email address is not valid so that I can't login. I tried using the browser to login with the mobile number and it was successful. Obviously there is a problem in the app. I can't update my details without the app!
