Very bad experience. I tried to open my account. One representative from KTrade and contacted me. He said my request for opening of account will be proceeded once share all the documents and pay minimum amount. now after two weeks that representative is not bothering to reply me on WhatsApp who was sending me 10 messages at a time before the request of opening the account. Even the help line person told me to download the biometric app which is not working as well. I am clueless now.

Dear, CDC team. App is working. but screen stuck at the startup screen for 10 minutes.

Bad experience within 5 attempts for getting bio metric verification as the app is still not responding and opening after 10-15 minutes of waiting waiting and waiting
