The CDC Card is the official app for CDC discount card customers. With it, you can access your virtual card, manage your plans, and pay your bills directly from your cell phone — without depending on the physical card or telephone support.

VIRTUAL CARD ALWAYS WITH YOU
Present your CDC discount card on your cell phone screen at any partner establishment. Your registration number and cardholder information are always at hand, including that of your dependents.

DISCOUNTS NEAR YOU
Discover the CDC network's partner establishments and see the discount offered by each one. Find partners by category — health, education, food, fashion, and leisure — with address and phone number to facilitate contact.

PLANS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Check your plan details, subscription status, next billing date, and dependents linked to your card.

BILLS AND PAYMENTS
View your bills with amount, due date, and payment status. Download the PDF invoice to pay wherever you prefer, and after payment, access the detailed receipt directly in the app.

NOTIFICATIONS
Receive alerts about your invoices so you don't miss any due dates. All notifications are saved in your inbox within the app.

SECURITY
Access is via email and password, and password recovery uses a verification code sent to your email. All data is transmitted in encrypted form.

IMPORTANT
The CDC Card is exclusive to CDC discount card customers. The app does not require registration: your account is created when you sign up for the plan with CDC. If you are not yet a customer, contact CDC to learn about the available plans.
