I can't log in with the app because it says invalid login or password, yet the login information the app rejects works if I go through a browser. The CDCFCU representative I spoke to says "the app doesn't always work". Wow. So instead of taking my chances that it MIGHT work "sometimes" and becoming frustrated with delays when it doesn't, I'm uninstalling it. I suggest others not even waste their time downloading it in the first place.

I love most of the functions, but some require more instruction for this feeble mind. The picture taking of checks to deposit drives me crazy; one has to hold one's mouth a certain way to fit the check in the frame to get all 4 corners, see all codes, etc. I see it, why doesn't the system?

The first thing time I attempted to make my deposit the app reported that the amount shown on the check didn't agree with my listed amount. Without changing the amount I just reshot the photo, and it worked. Never had anything like that happen before.
