The app goes off line every so often. it will leave off locations of trips for 2-3 days then all of a sudden it reconnects with missing information but more mileage than what the actual vehicle odometer is showing. It didn't connect to the dealer to schedule service so still had to call for an appointment. it never showed where the dealer ran diagnostics testing or where they did the oil change.

hardly remembers my login and have to enter password. Toyota app does more not sure what the point of this app is besides the customer spending money. maintenence schedule doesn't even sync with their system. Toyota app tells you if windows are down or doors are open. I am told that toyota app will tell you more if there is maintenance issues or codes the computer might throw. so again just seems like a waste of money to me.

it's meh, the app before was better, this one is stuck with old information from over a month ago. this app is so garbage, it doesn't work, the one before was better and it was bad too .

What’s new

This update restores wireless features and brings improvements to the Trip History experience. We've also fixed several display issues across vehicle cards, the recalls screen, and profile settings for a smoother, more polished app.
