I don't know which genius had an idea of multi layer verification for change of password or for forget password. you give a window of 30 seconds to put both OTP sent on mobile no and one sent on registered email ID. I have tried 8-9 times but OTP sent on email always came exactly after 30 seconds. have some common sense, why you people want us to play fastest finger first just to change password.

Very much disappointed with the app. Very complicated login. Every few days password expires. Now again it is asking for fresh registration.That also very cumbersome.Atleast it can learn from NSDL which is quite user friendly. What is the problem in providing finger print authentication? Technology is improving but CDSL is not learning. Today I have wasted more than ¹/2 an hour to login. It is asking for fresh registration. Surprisingly I am already a registered user. pl do something.

Can’t even get pass the sign-up. It keeps saying "enter correct password" despite following all rules. It’s obvious the developers got their degrees through online classes and skipped the coding classes. Absolute trash logic. Fix the onboarding or just delete the app from the play store.
