Very horrible App. Each and every time I try to login, app requires mobile sim verification, which is a very long and hectic process. After sending SMS app hangs I have to restart the app and same mobile sim verification process starts. After 3 to 4 attempts I am able to login. Please check and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I went down viewing the reviews given to as far as 2025 beginning. Everyone has rated this app as 1. And it has not resolved the issues. Every time the app shows 'server is down please try after sometime' . I don't know when the server will be up and working. A small app which could not be maintained by CDSL for years, I wonder how it is maintaining the large depository of accounts. DISGUSTING.

Most user unfriendly app specially for senior citizens like me.Asks for frequent change of password in spite of having two stage authentication. Now asking for SIM and number verification with SMS which does not go through, inspite of trying number of time. I do not know why CDSL can not have a better and user friendly app considering so many adverse feedback from users as can be seen on this page.
