The It’s Boba Time app allows you to order for pick-up and skip the line or order for delivery. Our stamp rewards have been digitalized so that you can start earning free drinks with every purchase. Link your gift card to the app so that you are able to check your card balance, add money and pay. At this time, participating store locations only.

Delicious drinks. Variety of drinks of all flavors, colors and textures such as teas and smoothies. However, when you placed your order on their app for pickup you still got to get in line and wait for customers placing their order in person. If you placed your order ahead of time through their app, you still don't get priority and save time. It defeats the whole purpose of making it convenient customers. It appears that they don't have an employee assigned to hand out orders already placed.

Doesn't work forces you to buy online for reward offers but can't add card. It literally keeps saying error when you try to add a new card and doesn't allow you to type. Also you cannot save past 15 points anymore. I have been using this app since it first came out and it used to carry over if you ordered and had more than 15 points. This app really went to garbage

Overall, pretty great. Except I can't even order a basic Thai Tea because it doesn't show up in the app anymore. I tried uninstalling and installing it again and it still doesn't show up. Please fix the menu in the app. It doesn't have every item on there. I would hate to use uber eats or postmates to order because I won't be able to use my stamps.
