It says to put in your birthday for a free meal on that day... There is no spot in the app to add in a birthday. Also no scanners at any locations to get your points?? That's crazy. Also when trying to use my points, multiple times ran into the problem where the systems were malfunctioning, so I couldn't. Good food but terrible app.

App doesn't give you the ability to cancel an order for a refund. I placed an order for the store on with 72nd Street on October 19 but they had a power outage and were closed. stopped by the store a few days later for a refund and they said they can't do refunds. not thrilled to pay for food I never got.

Apoun attempting to use the app, I noticed there is no option to pay in store or pay via Google pay. I don't like entering my card to individual apps. Which leads to me trying to use the app for my loyalty card. It asks for the store to scan the code but the store is not provided with the scanner it asked him to type in the loyalty card number which is not provided to me only way to activate it is to look up on the cashier side.
