Have rewards available in the app. Been in the store and tried to use my reward, was told I didn't have one via my phone number even though my app showed I did. Tried ordering on the app and redeeming a reward and every time it tells me there was an error with the reward and to try placing my order without it. Nope, that's why I'm trying to place an order. Like the pretzels but why have a rewards program if it doesn't work for everyone? Tried contacting them at least twice and crickets.

The Pretzel Factory at Burlington (High st) is the best!!! The pretzels are always hot, fresh and delicious!! I order large quantities often for a school snack stand and they always have them ready when I need them (even preparing large quantities at the last minute when I forgot to pre-order!!) The folks who run the place are very nice and always helpful!!!

Consistent high quality and flavor. Exactly what one would expect from a Philly pretzel. Makes me a consistent customer. Awesome people, also. Support local businesses!
