Have rewards available in the app. Been in the store and tried to use my reward, was told I didn't have one via my phone number even though my app showed I did. Tried ordering on the app and redeeming a reward and every time it tells me there was an error with the reward and to try placing my order without it. Nope, that's why I'm trying to place an order. Like the pretzels but why have a rewards program if it doesn't work for everyone? Tried contacting them at least twice and crickets.

Useless. Not user friendly. Unintuitive. Better off just calling the store. They could do better than this. Can't save your favorite store in the app. Just a frustrating experience IMO. App only opens a page for only ordering a tray instead of viewing the entire menu of their items.

I keep trying to open the app and it keeps saying that there's a newer version available upgrade to continue to use the app. however on the Play Store I have the most up-to-date version so I can't update it which means I cannot use this app!!! please fix this!
