App works. Haven't had an issue ordering coffee. The UI is awful. On the menu almost half the screen is taken up by the app "menu" where you cycle through food, drinks, or prepackaged.

Ever since they updated the app I lost almost 1000 rewards points, and now I'm negative points for some reason?? horrible horrible horrible

Crashes constantly, can't add a credit card. Worse than useless app. It's a shame because I love their coffee.
