uninstall, reinstall, change password, repeat. No matter how many times I do this, it still says my account log in is invalid. Oh, I can log in after I reset the password; but I have to reset the password every time I log in!! Once in the app performs well, just good luck getting in.

Every time I try to log into my account, it shows an error message. I've tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the app and nothing works. I can't ever see my records even though the app is up to date and my account active with the correct username and password. Fix this please!

It's helpful, but honestly it's a waste of money to pay for the subscription. At least for massage therapist you can see your credits on the AMTA. I'm sure something like that exists for each field. Also I got the app multiple times and it's always failed to launch, so I end up using the web browser anyway.
