I have tried many times to create an account and it continually says unknown error and will not let me create an account even though everything is correct and green lit regarding all steps properly taken. It will not show me why there's an error and won't proceed. I've re-downloaded the app and nothing changed. There is no way to reach out for help either if the app isn't working. I wad excited to try this app, do hopefully someone can assist here. Thank you.

uninstall, reinstall, change password, repeat. No matter how many times I do this, it still says my account log in is invalid. Oh, I can log in after I reset the password; but I have to reset the password every time I log in!! Once in the app performs well, just good luck getting in.

It's helpful, but honestly it's a waste of money to pay for the subscription. At least for massage therapist you can see your credits on the AMTA. I'm sure something like that exists for each field. Also I got the app multiple times and it's always failed to launch, so I end up using the web browser anyway.
