Very poor and unfriendly use app. Always unbelievable service and error occurred when I need to use it. Better upgrade the system to more comfortable.

I cant open my agronet app, its always show error..system is unavaible. I cant transfer or use my bank.Its totally cant open now. What happen??Please help, need to use it, urgent.

In my opinion, Agrobank is the most primitive bank system. Using an "account book" for bank statements as reference. Like seriously? I don't know if that all list on the book is true especially the "DDM" thing. so suspicious. Plus the online banking app sucks! Can't login, register or even use it efficiently. so I can't even see and check the full statement info. I mean like why there's a sudden debit. Like from the others bank app we can see what kind of deduction or deposit 🙄
