Our updated appointment scheduling just got easier. With My CS-Link, you can schedule an appointment with a provider you’ve seen before.

Urgent Care Save My Spot
With Save My Spot, simply choose the location and time you want to come to an urgent care. Saving your spot in line helps minimize your wait time upon arrival. If the Save My Spot times are taken for the day, you can still walk in and be seen during business hours.
(Please be aware that clinical needs are evaluated as on a walk-in basis, so your reserved spot in line may change depending on the urgent medical severity of others. Wait times listed online are estimates and subject to change.)

Ratings and reviews

Excellent app! A portal to see all appointments, results and doctors notes. It also allows for pre-registration and payments. Updates are quick and notifications are sent timely. All outside labs and medical records are also scanned and available. And it also provides a communication vehicle with the care team. It beats calling them and hold. A functional, useful and user-friendly app. By the way if the patient is not tech competent or need help, s/he can share access with someone trusted.

The app is pretty and straightforward. One big problem is the sign in function. It used to have a biometric function. But they deleted it in the last update. Think if you are sick, how can you remember your password? I want my data secure and I also need to have easy access. Please bring back this feature. Thank you.

I just upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy S8 to a Samsung Galaxy S10. Unfortunately, the app will not open on the S10 and keeps crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. Desktop version is fine. I never had problems like this on the S8 (and would have rated this 4-5 stars). I've emailed the developer - no response. Please fix this!
