App is awful and should not have been released. Constantly disconnects from the device, and can't even register when I am in an active session. It is unable to start/stop/track a session. I have to manually record when I have used it. The UI is not intuitive. The only thing that works is a lengthy questionnaire upon setup about migraine triggers, which is not useful to me at all. Wish I had paid less and not gotten the device version that "connects" to the app.

Since the new update I can't login and it won't send me a reset password to the email on file. But they can send me promotional emails. Also can't seem to create a new account. Absolute garbage of an app. Also when in the app does not keep track of history intensity and if the phone screen turns off it turns off the cece device

Will not stay paired for even a short time. Ridiculous that I can't even make it through a 20 minute treatment without the app freezing and repeatedly disconnecting, much less a 60 minute treatment. I'll need to stabilize the intensity and can't because it won't reconnect. Definitely not efficient or helpful in any way.
