CekHadir Pro - Absensi is an advanced digital attendance information system (SaaS) specifically designed to simplify the management of employee and teacher attendance for agencies, schools, foundations, and companies in a modern, accurate, and real-time manner.
This application operates using a multi-tenant system, where users from different organizations can use the same main application, but their data will be automatically routed and securely stored on each agency's server.
Equipped with a location detection (GPS) security system and facial photo validation, CekHadir Pro minimizes fraud and makes it easier for administrators to perform monthly attendance recaps.

✔️ Multi-Agency Access (Agency Code): A centralized, intelligent login system. Simply enter your agency's unique code to download your school/company's server configuration, logo, and visual identity.
✔️ Location Validation (Anti-Fake GPS): Records the user's coordinates during attendance to ensure employees are within the admin's permitted radius.
✔️ Self-Attendance Proof: Visual verification using the phone camera to ensure the validity of attendance directly on-site.
✔️ Independent Attendance History: Users can transparently monitor daily attendance records, clock-in, clock-out, and attendance status.
✔️ Centralized Notifications: Integrated with push notification services to receive important announcements from agency administrators directly on the user's mobile screen.
✔️ Dynamic Interface: The main color, button colors, and logo will automatically adjust to the agency's identity after successfully connecting.

1. Open the app and enter your agency code.
2. Enter your NRY (Foundation Registration Number) and the registered password.
3. Complete the attendance check-in or check-out process by pressing the available record button.

This application is a closed client application (Enterprise/B2B). It can only be used by employees/teachers whose institutions are registered as CekHadir Pro system management partners. If you do not have login credentials or are experiencing access issues, please contact your institution's administrator center.
