Celada eService portal: thanks to the innovative portal dedicated to technical assistance you can open tickets directly from your smartphone, via a dedicated, fast and intuitive free application. The portal is also characterized by additional services in the field of advanced maintenance, which exploit machine process data to populate maintenance calendars and enable predictive maintenance technologies. All customers thus have access to their digital archive of historical documentation (invoices, technical interventions, transport documents, etc.) and to free training channels.

With our innovative app, already registered customers can open and manage technical assistance tickets simply by scanning the QR code located on the machines. It is also possible to calculate the cutting parameters for machining with chip removal.
