Awful support. Can't receive calls and they ask me to buy a call plan to fix it when I only need data. So basically you have to pay in order to receive calls. I bought a call add-on and still not able to receive calls. ***Avoid this company.*** Update: they don't reply in WhatsApp and you can't log any ticket on the app as it doesn't work.

I am originally a yoodoo customer and having it as my second SIM I wanted necessary features such SMS and voice call. Yoodoo is customizable and perfect for me. When they changed to Spark Celcom, I was a bit down as the pricing went up for features I needed. Though I get more but redundancy items to collate on top of my first SIM of which I do not need, but I endure it. Today I gave 5 stars because I see the pricing is lower with voice call minutes is 10x more, such value! Keep up Spark!

Sluggish app. Amazed at how a distinguished company like CelcomDigi can approve this slow working app. Takes at least a few seconds for each tap to complete. Then an ad pops up after every action. I suppose this service is only suitable for smartphones as the base plan of RM 15 comes with only 3 GB data but ZERO voice calls and ZERO SMSes.
