Awful support. Can't receive calls and they ask me to buy a call plan to fix it when I only need data. So basically you have to pay in order to receive calls. I bought a call add-on and still not able to receive calls. ***Avoid this company.*** Update: they don't reply in WhatsApp and you can't log any ticket on the app as it doesn't work.

used to be the best line during yodoo time with the customizable package, but it's understandable to change after the rebranding .. however to offer only 100min call time, even on higher data plans is atrocious... n the options to top up it,, either 50 @ 500mins is also wrong, not all needs the jump from 50 to 500. 200min call time is reasonable as the lowest under the data plans for the data package beyond 45gb, not the 100min. for the admin incharge, do take this suggestions to higher ups

Please don't ever log me out. This is an app, not a website. When I log once, it should stay (do like shopee). I always forgot password😥. Another thing is, click always responds after about 500 to 1000 milliseconds. This is a bad user experience.
