Awful support. Can't receive calls and they ask me to buy a call plan to fix it when I only need data. So basically you have to pay in order to receive calls. I bought a call add-on and still not able to receive calls. ***Avoid this company.*** Update: they don't reply in WhatsApp and you can't log any ticket on the app as it doesn't work.

I payed my monthly plan using tng but it said an error accured. When i check my plan its not renewed and my wallet still got deducted. I thought it got changed to credits but its not. This app litarally just took my money for nothing. Worse app ever. Not only that, the data itself is so damn slow.Do not use this service.

The app errors out way too much, for absolutely no reason at all, the app doesn't remember the login and keeps logging me and the reason why that is so annoying is because it keeps making to the captcha to prove that I am not a robot every single time
