Awful support. Can't receive calls and they ask me to buy a call plan to fix it when I only need data. So basically you have to pay in order to receive calls. I bought a call add-on and still not able to receive calls. ***Avoid this company.*** Update: they don't reply in WhatsApp and you can't log any ticket on the app as it doesn't work.

Glitchy and slooowww as always. In app ads are not interactive too. When clicked, it keeps displaying errors, and ooops notifications. Also, can't you make the user stay logged in in the app? Really troublesome to keep logging in everytime I need to use the app. Plan wise - it's fairly good.

All plans are easily selected from the app. no gimmick, easy navigation, transparent. Network in Malaysia even in smaller towns like Dungun has no issues. Tried their Roam Like Home in Indonesia and it was seamless. Thumbs up and keep up the good work. NOTE: With the new SPARK (formerly Yoodo) roaming is currently available in 3 countries.
