its a good service and plan, not until i travel to Houston, Texas using roaming plan. so easy to charge money but service not activated at all. imagine no internet abroad to drive, to get information for travel. lost. charged Rm120 for no support and respond. upset. very. locally, love the flexibility of the plan.. very suitable for a person who frequently travel abroad to keep number active at minimum commitment.

I'm downgrading my rating to1 star only. The app interface of the app is good but it's still very sluggish and also the process when touching so laggy. The app only responds after few seconds buttons are pressed and does not repond. So stressful waiting and stuck after transaction. The payment process from reloading the wallet to pay for each transaction. Please improve the app to be more responsive or I may have to change telco. The app is ridiculous and waste of time.

Lately the app has been quite slow and buggy Imagine trying to get all your lines activated with roaming for a family trip, and it takes nearly 20 mins to to get all of it done! Yoodo's downfall is the app. Many ways to streamline the app for easy use, but I'm surprised you folks haven't figured that out. For example why not select multi numbers for roaming activation, auto-renewal, etc. How about swiping left and right to see account plans rather switching to select. Xox app is fast!
