It works ok right up until it needs an update, which is frequent. Every update causes cached settings to dissappear, which includes biometric login. On top of that, the login goes to the browser to complete instead of in app, and without uninstalling it sometimes, it gets into a loop. It's extremely frustrating due to this. Having to redo all of this, biometrics included, earns it the 2 star rating, as otherwise the app is fine, though it would be nice to see more transactions details.

This is ridiculous. what kind of banking app only works 15% of the time. week in and week out this app decides when and if you are allowed access to your money. I'm stuck unable to pay bills all weekend due to this ureliable app. the part that really bothers me is the app I used before the merger with casera was excellent. everything with casera I was happy with access is much lower quality everything. I wish they never merged and I'm looking at dealing with a different bank at this point.

Horrible app, can't even log in now. It's in a constant loop of opening the web browser, asking what to open a link with, and doing it again. What kind of software developer forces you to use a web browser to log in to your account? A horrible one. It should all be done through the app, like how every other banking app operates.
