Incredibly unstable app. Trying to make a mobile deposit of a cheque can be nightmarish. Crash, crash, uninstall, reinstall, crash, crash, crash. Whoever signed off with the developer of this app should be fired. The whole app needs to be re-done with competent developers. They could use the money they saved from closing rural locations to pay for it. Awful app.

It works ok right up until it needs an update, which is frequent. Every update causes cached settings to dissappear, which includes biometric login. On top of that, the login goes to the browser to complete instead of in app, and without uninstalling it sometimes, it gets into a loop. It's extremely frustrating due to this. Having to redo all of this, biometrics included, earns it the 2 star rating, as otherwise the app is fine, though it would be nice to see more transactions details.

words cannot express how much I dislike this app. it's needlessly clunky, and how the hell do you add an interac e transfer recipient? you'd think it's by clicking interac, and then manage account. But nooooo. This app desperately needs to be gone over and updated for ease of use, because it's currently trash
