July 05/26 - App is still very poor. There have been some improvements but still not good enough to change my rating. Upgraded Phone to a Google Pixel 9 and now photos of cheques are so blurry you can't read them. I can't believe with the tech we have these days Access can't get an app that is reliable. June 26/24- So so glitchy. Always something not working with this app. Huge problems with logging in. App is also so user unfriendly.

I loathe this app with every fiber of my being. Every update is a gamble on your online banking capabilities. Don't bother getting a credit card with them if you want to use an app(a seperate app) that was not functioning properly to see proper online banking statements for months on end. Now another recent update is causing issues.

This app keeps getting worse. Switching to it when my credit union merged in to Access was uncomfortable, as my old app was much more streamlined and easy to use. I have had to set my preference for fingerprint login about 10 times in the last month, even though I authorize it, it works for about 3 logins, and then goes back to disabled, but I get a prompt asking "set biometric authorization?" Each time I get an e transfer request, it breaks. Do you have a QA team??? You need to test!!!!
