Restrictive app from get go. Requires permissions that are ridiculous for phone. Wants location as well and blocks access if location happens to be in another country traveling, in my case USA. Utterly completely useless app from get go. Can't login. This has been the history of problems with the new merger. Considering closing account permanently. In addition, the service has gone downhill in person resulting in another more eager credit union getting my new mortgage.

many many many bugs. currently unable to open due to "no internet connection" as im writing this review. great. i cannot recall all the bugs of this application as they all blur together now. it is a fight everytime somebody decide to check how much money they have, a battle of wits against the machine of this app. you will lose. i am going to go to the store and just hope my card goes through. the app is currently completely down, this has happened over 10 times in my time with connect first

Pretty terrible. The app consistently does not work, in varying ways. I am very rarely able to successfully login despite entering correct credentials. Other times I have to log in 7 or 8 times in a row before it will log me in. I've seen many different error pages while using this app, and it doesn't work more frequently than it does. A very poor show for what is standard for financial institutions to offer. I would love it if the app would just reliably function.
