Ratings and reviews

Restrictive app from get go. Requires permissions that are ridiculous for phone. Wants location as well and blocks access if location happens to be in another country traveling, in my case USA. Utterly completely useless app from get go. Can't login. This has been the history of problems with the new merger. Considering closing account permanently. In addition, the service has gone downhill in person resulting in another more eager credit union getting my new mortgage.

Wow, this is really bad. One, why not fix the old app instead of forcing people to go to another. Not everyone likes change especially when that change is a fail. Two, after frustration from being unable to even open my other app now i have more frustration because i can't even create an account on this app. All information is correct yet it will pop up with a message telling me that something doesn't match thier records. I know my own card number, birthdate, and email so whats the problem?

It's nice to know, after reading other reviews, that I'm not the only one who has trouble logging in repeatedly. I never have trouble with any other app on my phone, but this one constantly needs to be closed out and re-attempted to sign in, sometimes two, three, four times. It almost never, and lately never signs in on the 1st go. It's probably the worst app I've ever used.
