Restrictive app from get go. Requires permissions that are ridiculous for phone. Wants location as well and blocks access if location happens to be in another country traveling, in my case USA. Utterly completely useless app from get go. Can't login. This has been the history of problems with the new merger. Considering closing account permanently. In addition, the service has gone downhill in person resulting in another more eager credit union getting my new mortgage.

After the most recent update (May 29, 2026), my account balances are "stuck" displaying the balances as they were right before the update. Uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't worked and when I send a secure message through the app with my issues to pass onto tech support, I'm just told to come into a branch for "assistance navigating our mobile app". I've been using the app for three years—I don't need "assistance", I need it FIXED.

If I could rate this app as less than one star I would. It constantly locks me out, barely has any functionality on the few times it's accessible, and tech support is abysmal. Update Sept. 2023: Wish I could give it less than a star, as it has now stopped working entirely! Update 2026: once again, after an update, it won't let me log in at all!
