Ratings and reviews

Since late Dec. 2025 update, open, login then crash. Do they even have real software developer in Taiwan ? This a recurrent issue with updates breaking the app compatibility on Android.

The system maintenance is so frequent that many transactions can't be processed, and terrible experience to trade US stocks as the app is always down during the trading hours, shouldn't the bank choose a better timing such as Sunday to avoid this problem? Don't do the system maintenance during trading hours including foreign stock markets! Lost money due to the stupid app maintenance and the CS hotline is always busy, horrible

Very unstable, randomly keeps crashing, slow to open, and so annoying for the ad-hoc payee need to enter an SMS OTP every time. Also it would make much more sense to add the credit card repayment function in-app instead of forcing to use another app.
