CellPay is a payment service powered by Cellcom Private Limited, licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. CellPay provides digital payments and fund transfer services that use web and mobile channels to help you make payments directly from your bank account. CellPay uses international-level security to ensure you are always protected. The best way to understand CellPay is as a digital debit card. The only difference is that unlike a debit card CellPay cannot be lost or stolen from you, and you can link multiple bank accounts to your CellPay account. Currently, the CellPay service supports utility payments, merchant payments and fund transfer services.

worst app for payment meduim launced. Please dont run a trail version of software.Lots of error in software. First of all fix all the bugs then launch your app.

worst app for wallet app changed password and tried to login but no any support option only session expired message pop up and no any further process for login for the old account

I won't prefer this app in comparison with other online wallet apps like IME wallet, Khalti and E-sewa... Where we can load fund from any source like related agents, visa/ master card. CellPay... It's compulsory..... need mobile banking or e banking just to load funds from your bank account. It's better to have other options like other apps. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
