8/22. This is still the worst technician app I've ever used in my life they constantly make updates that make it worse not better many times I don't get signal on the outskirts of Las Vegas and many times the app is totally useless in certain areas on top of that they still don't give a discounting option when customers think their prices are too high.

The jobs are great but the app sucks. I've used other company apps where you can actually re enter a job that was previously closed out and saved if you ever needed to follow up with a customer to update them on new developments with their repair or order. With pulse app you need to communicate to customer through a call/message center while they keep customer contact info and scheduling access internal. What on earth are they so afraid of. But there are too many other problems to list.

they cannot export the exact address from the system to Google maps. only approximately. also, for some reason they lost our insurance data and blocked the account for this reason. in their opinion, with a blocked account, I should go to the already appointed diagnostics for free, since there are no guarantees of payment and this is not in the contract. they were unable to reassign these appointments on their own. they thought it was my problem. but that's your problem, not mine!
