This platform is a total scam. I installed a TV, the client paid $177, and I only received $53. They stole 70% of my earnings! Completely outrageous, dishonest, and exploitative. They don’t care about workers at all. Pulse is the absolute worst, stay far away! They stole my earnings 190$ and deactivated my account! This is the worst, cheapest, most garbage app I’ve ever worked with. Please, stay away and delete this app. Don’t waste your time with such terrible companies!

This is still the worst technician app I've ever used in my life they constantly make updates that make it worse not better many times I don't get signal on the outskirts of Las Vegas and many times the app is totally useless in certain areas on top of that they still don't give a discounting option when customers think their prices are too high.

Very unprofessional. Texting them about an issue - the messages aren't going through. More than that - they don't even stay in the chat history. They literally disappeare! And when explaining to the customer service - they're playing stupid as their app is working good. It is not apparently. It's malfunctioning and they're making150$deductions just because their own fault. Edit:they've gotten to me and probably seeing the review changed their mind and will deduct only 75$ which is still BS!
