This platform is a total scam. I installed a TV, the client paid $177, and I only received $53. They stole 70% of my earnings! Completely outrageous, dishonest, and exploitative. They don’t care about workers at all. Pulse is the absolute worst, stay far away! They stole my earnings 190$ and deactivated my account! This is the worst, cheapest, most garbage app I’ve ever worked with. Please, stay away and delete this app. Don’t waste your time with such terrible companies!

This is still the worst technician app I've ever used in my life they constantly make updates that make it worse not better many times I don't get signal on the outskirts of Las Vegas and many times the app is totally useless in certain areas on top of that they still don't give a discounting option when customers think their prices are too high.

The jobs are great but the app sucks. I've used other company apps where you can actually re enter a job that was previously closed out and saved if you ever needed to follow up with a customer to update them on new developments with their repair or order. With pulse app you need to communicate to customer through a call/message center while they keep customer contact info and scheduling access internal. What on earth are they so afraid of. But there are too many other problems to list.
