Since last month, I have not been able to use the app. I keep getting a network error whenever I try to scan the QR code for the test. I tried entering the code manually, and I still get the same error. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it didn't work. It's not my WiFi connection since all my other apps that use data are working. The app was great when it was working....but now it is useless.

The written instructions were fine but nice to have an app. I never found the helpful perforated hole in the box for the dropper until too late to use it. I wish it were better labeled, pictured, or described in the instructions -- either written or in the app. Shear luck that I didn't spill it!

As every other review, when it was supposed to start the timer it went to a white screen. Downloaded latest version as was following included test instructions. Thankfully took notice of time test started. App is useless will not reset
