I tried to add a credit card. After many cards and many failed error messages I contacted customer support to figure out what I was doing wrong ... Only to be told cards aren't accepted forms of payment at this time. Then why is there a menu option to add cards? For the pleasure of wasting people's time? Edit: team responded later to say that their developers fixed the problem. I would recommend better comms by customer service to give solution oriented feedback in the future. Upgraded to 4*

Had my first disappointment while trying to load airtime using a MasterCard and I went through all the checks including the part where some amount was deducted from my card to validate it only for me to get a message that i can't use the card .I don't think I need this app . If I am limited to using the likes of MPESA and other mobile money platforms ,then I don't see the need to go through a third party.

This app works great! Just fix the notifications, which normally work well in helping me keep up with my payments. However, I keep receiving notifications to update the app, though I have the latest update, and there's no option to turn off unimportant notifications in the app settings.
