I'm very annoyed at this company and their app. I've requested to surrender one of my policies because of an emergency and I was told it'll come immediately. Now it's been 3 working days and I haven't received it. What pains me is that, their customer service number is engaged anytime I call. But I still try to wait for my turn,but my call was never answered.Their Whatsapp number on their app too is fake. I've been told all of their financial staff are on leave. How can that be possible.🤬🤬🤬

The app is cool. You're all able track all your transactions at the comfort of your room, but at times it takes hours to load. Even just now, am trying to check the sum assured after inputting the premium, but it is messing up. Please check it for me. Thank you

Starlife is a very bad institution to work with. I've had several bad experiences with them. They mess up you deductions. Their agents are not united. I encountered several agents who told me different stories. Finally when your policy matures and you want your money and wash your hands from them it becomes another problem. As for the app, its 0/10. I once logged in and my name changed to a different name. Starlife, never again.
