Downloaded this because the software that comes with my HT-301 USB-C thermal camera for the phone was buggy with my Samsung S9, the app was crashing when trying to record through the app and the output showed artifacts on the default color palette setting due to which I was at first thinking that the hardware was faulty, but thermal camera worked with third-party Thermview Pro just fine. You can try Thermview Pro free for a couple of days including a build-in video recording function without the need to record phone screen through different means and pay later (35$ in my case) if you like to have this app. Settings offer usual options like changing color palette allowing best visualization for different uses (black and white work well for outdoors searching objects at longer ranges while colored palette options work best indoor for fine details and clear temperature differentiation), recording pictures or video with or without sound up to 40 second long (perhaps differ with different hardware or software update later on), you can also compensate for measuring errors in a setting by adding or retracting value to measured temperatures although this is not up to the level to some apps like my official app for HT-301 camera where you can set corrections in more detailed fashion: humidity, distance, environmental temperature, etc, which likely adds to accuracy, unlike in my official app Thermview Pro also did not use whole temperature range of my thermal camera but stops at 136 degree celsius, but again, the official app is pretty much unusable at the moment of writing this review for anything except perhaps high temp measuring in one color palette setting. Recommended purchase for users of HT-301 thermal camera powered by phone through USB-C even though I would like longer recording times as modern phones with large batteries are capable of powering small thermal cameras for a long time even without being placed on the wireless charger while connected to the thermal camera (40s is not a lot) and I would also like more detailed temperature correction settings based on weather or even integrate the app to work with temperature and humidity sensors as found in some phones to do these corrections automatically. Still, a good app that works with Ht-301 thermal camera though there are already cheaper thermal camera options if you don't need as wide temperature measurement which this app likely won't utilize in the current state anyway, just the same resolution.
