Unable to allow Notifications in the Settings menu of the app. I think this is the new default for many Android apps but the functionality to turn on Notifications should be provided. Also, if you out the app in the background (even for a second), all of the information you have entered since last save is deleted. This includes if you receive a phone call. If you answer without saving, it's gone, and since the phone call pop-u is an overlay, it's very easy to click out of the app and lose work.

Buggy and poor UX. The Android Back button takes you straight back out of the beta, which is not intuitive and very frustrating. When reviewing Issues, Ideas, etc., filters are reset when going back to the list, so reviewing only your own Issues, for example, requires LOTS of clicks. Often, attachments get stuck uploading, and there is a hidden error that flashes by when they are deleted. The Centercode website is clunky too, but at least it functions.

So not intuitive and a bit wonky to try and use. Never receive any notifications and you can click on things that don't look like they should be clicked on and that's how you get around. You can never click on a thread and then go back to where you started after you read it or interact with it.
