It has been stating "error, something is wrong". I had tried several times un-installed & re-installed + contacted the support link. It has been ~1+ week. Just found out, it's only with android phones. I also tried to install in the iPad instead but still unable to find the app on iPad version. Hopefully, i soon will have better luck. It would be fine if the schedule remain the same for the school year but it changes often within the week. Please fix the issue.

Recently my phone would play a 15-30 second sound. I thought it was a video playing in the background but just found out it was this app. When there is a change to my son's schedule, it play this annoying sound. I don't mind the alerts but do mind playing a notification sound that last 15-30 seconds that I can't silence. App has been fine as I'm able to track my son's schedule for the last 3+ years until they recently change something. Please help fix asap!

Ringtone will keep going for notification even though I have the notifications turned off. It took forever to figure out what the issue was and I thought the problem was with my phone but it is this app. Update: App has been down for weeks with no end in sight.
