About this app

CenterPilot voice attendance app will simplify attendance taking for participants in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) allowing hands free voice commands and/or touch screen entry to record attendances by name at the point of meal service. This app works in conjunction with our web based program for current CenterPilot clients. (Not yet a client? Check us out here: www.centerpilot.com)

For voice attendance, simply state the meal, date and classroom, and CenterPilot will accurately record meal attendances as the names of participants are spoken. Take multitasking to a new level as you pour milk, wipe chins and complete attendance records at the point of service.

Other options include touch screen attendance entry from a list of classroom participants. And, for those who prefer to take attendance by hand, simply take a picture of the hand written attendance list and watch CenterPilot accurately record participant meals.
