Can't connect to WiFi. Says it's paired with another device. Try factory reset, doesn't work and refuses to accept my WiFi information and even tried hot spot. I have reset the light multiple times, unplugged, uninstalled app, etc.. I even called my Internet company to make a special secondary line 2.4 whatever just for the tank. Nope. Nothing works. This tank was the biggest waste of money and the app is garbage. Reviews for this app should be included on all listings!!!!

this is the worst app, and the worst device I have ever used. not only do I get blasted with endless notifications day and night saying it's connected and disconnected, but the schedule never works. the light randomly doesn't turn on the entire day, and sometimes stays on for days especially when I'm away from the house. this horrible design has caused algae issues and irreversible stress to my fish. it is impossible to reset the light bar because the reset button doesn't do anything

Very lacking in features. The light controls are not user friendly and there are no instructions. I can't figure out how to turn off the top ac ent light without having to put a hold on the schedule. Also, there are so many fish missing from their list to add to your aquariums. They seem to only list the most popular ones. They only have 4 types of catfish listed!
