The app has some problems. It doesn't show mobile deposits added to your account balance as soon as you deposit. It doesn't keep an accurate updated balance. Pending deposits are not immediately available. Sometimes, they are pending for days. That could be the bank and not the app, but it all seems delayed.

This app has a horrible and consistent pattern of crashing and not working for days on end sometimes. I think it might honestly be the bank servers since I am also unable to login through my PC as well. The most recent issue I've had though fully breaks the app. I am currently unable to use my touchscreen while in the app. So I am unable to login, confirm login if I use my fingerprint, and if by some miracle I get past the initial screens I still can't use the app.

Random success. Can't "validate" your login info half or the time, sometimes says no internet connection even with full 4g connection and other apps working fast, tends to be a couple days behind on account activity. update 2/28/19, still no improvement, too many errors and validation issues.
