Unprofessionals & unreliable. Denied amendment & charged full amount even though I have requested a reschedule due to illness. I absolutely agree with a review 'TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM THEM IS LIKE GETTING BLOOD FROM A STONE' & that they are lying. Trying for 5 days to coordinate with their 3 partners. Booking was with free cancellation 2-3 days before the arrival date. The truth is that the weren't willing to help. I am wandering why asked for a proof whereas weren't able to make anything.
