I have had to reset my password more times than I have EVER had to reset it for any other app! I know I enter in the correct pin number but it immediately locks me out of my account. It's ridiculous! I have complained about it and finally got someone that seemed to care today. I absolutely HATE this app. I sure hope someone can figure out what's going on so I can enjoy this app as much as I did the one before this one.

Updating like once a week seems a bit ridiculous to me. And it is CONSTANTLY signing me out of my account. At least half the time I try to check my account it says unable to refresh and all I can see is what I saw the previous time.

Had a great experience at Central national Bank for about 10 years and then this year I've requested a debit card for my business twice but have still not received it. I've had to use my personal checking account for my business expenses which causes problems when I go to do my taxes at the end of the year. I have to make sure and explain each thing and why I'm using the wrong card.
