I am enjoying the cleaner appearance & ease of navigating each account. I REALLY miss getting text alerts of my balance at a set time of my choosing. I figured out how to get alerts of each transaction with $1 limit. I seem to get balance alerts at midnight, which is not functional for me. Before the upgrade I could text "Bal" and get account balances. I'm not a big fan of the wording "just a heads up" in my email alerts...sounds unprofessional.

I have banked with Central for almost 30 years, never have I ever had a problem with them in any capacity. Everyone is always very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Updating like once a week seems a bit ridiculous to me. And it is CONSTANTLY signing me out of my account. At least half the time I try to check my account it says unable to refresh and all I can see is what I saw the previous time.
