Ratings and reviews

The latest update forces me to use a security option to open my my app and my phone. I don't want a security option to open my phone. The fact that they force me into this is ridiculous. and there's no way around it. The new sign in is unnecessarily complicated. I've had multiple issues over the years since they did an update about 4 years ago. I've contacted their tech people and we get it fixed but with the next update it reverts back to the problem version. So disappointed in this bank app.

The app is really easy to navigate. I've been with this bank for 9 years and haven't had any problems with them.

the February 12 2026 update is trash. I understand extra security, but that was too much. I just want a pin# to open the open like it used to be! Love the bank though
