I have had to reset my password more times than I have EVER had to reset it for any other app! I know I enter in the correct pin number but it immediately locks me out of my account. It's ridiculous! I have complained about it and finally got someone that seemed to care today. I absolutely HATE this app. I sure hope someone can figure out what's going on so I can enjoy this app as much as I did the one before this one.

I am enjoying the cleaner appearance & ease of navigating each account. I REALLY miss getting text alerts of my balance at a set time of my choosing. I figured out how to get alerts of each transaction with $1 limit. I seem to get balance alerts at midnight, which is not functional for me. Before the upgrade I could text "Bal" and get account balances. I'm not a big fan of the wording "just a heads up" in my email alerts...sounds unprofessional.

I remember it being kind of a pain to set up the first time right after the switch. I think part of that was just that I expected it to be an update to the old app, not something completely new. Now that it's installed and being used daily, I like it. Still learning the differences but its fairly straightforward. Does everything the old app did, maybe some new stuff.
