Ratings and reviews

Update: it works now! thanks for fixing the glitch. It is so nice to be able to access all my courses online. Original: The app won't even open, beyond a blue screen that says "Sorry, something went wrong. Kindly contact support" but with no way to do that. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it does the same thing :( In the past, the app opened just fine.

I couldn't rate through my work phone so I put in the effort to rate using my personal. The app UI is atrocious. I can't even see what I type. Text is all white. Don't ask me for screenshots, to email your team, or give me one of your other canned, unhelpful responses. You know of the issue. A screenshot doesn't help your team anymore here when they already have the description. White text. I can't read anything I type.

COE is great, but the app is terrible. I open my course, and it is blank, or the wording is all white, like the background. I'm not sure which, but I can not use the app at all. I am stuck using the web version. Save yourself time and space by using the website and not getting the app that does not work nor have settings to adjust light/dark or anything else! Also, it seems this is a known issue as many reviews of the same thing and COE hs done nothing to fix it!
