I have to go online all the time because every time my phone upgrades there's a widget issue with the app. Never had a problem with the old one!

Worse than the old app, which wasn't great. Very slow to load, fingerprint access doesn't work..

the new app is amazing. so easy to use so accurate. I no longer really have to call to get the information I need. I like the fact that it's easier to put your password in. I'm disabled so it's so much easier. Ty thank you for making it so much easier. I miss customer service because they are so kind I believe the ITM is awesome because you can use it anytime 24/7 😊
