the app is so so. I wish you could change your billing options in app. service on the other hand is poor. We have outages EVERY MONTH for over a year now. This is critical with both my solar system and my security system. stuck with this service due to the "builders deal" with them. wish I would have known this BEFORE I bought my home.

New App is terrible. I get notifications and click them and there is no record of the notification in the app. Furthermore just about every button you press gives an error message saying there was a delay.

It was good at first, then speed test and network map disappeared. I called help line and they just didn't know why. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help at all.
