Awful app. It is incredibly laggy, features are barebones, and I am unable to add profiles for people. The option pops up for a split second upon logging in, but then immediately disappears. There's still an option to assign devices to profiles, but without a way to MAKE the profiles, the feature is useless.

the app is so so. I wish you could change your billing options in app. service on the other hand is poor. We have outages EVERY MONTH for over a year now. This is critical with both my solar system and my security system. stuck with this service due to the "builders deal" with them. wish I would have known this BEFORE I bought my home.

New App is terrible. I get notifications and click them and there is no record of the notification in the app. Furthermore just about every button you press gives an error message saying there was a delay.
