CE OneSource Operations puts your HOA, condominium, or residential community on your phone. One app serves staff and residents alike, and your login decides which tools you see.

Maintenance, in the field: work orders reach you the moment a resident or staff member submits them. Find requests by unit, category, or area, assign them, capture before-and-after photos, and move each job from assigned to approved, verified, and closed. Every step is logged to the unit’s history.

Security and front desk: authorize guest and unit entry, issue EntryPass digital passes with time-bound access windows for guests, cleaners, vendors, and deliveries, log parcels by unit, and record incidents and activities with notes and photos as they happen. Manage the amenity reservations calendar and bookings from anywhere on property.
